1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Project Start:
    Clients may cancel their project at any time prior to the official project kickoff. In such cases, any payments already made will be fully refunded without deductions.
  • Cancellation After Project Start:
    If a cancellation request is made after the project has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. We will assess the amount of work completed and time invested, and refund the unused portion accordingly. Any completed deliverables will remain the property of Tongxin CC SHOP unless otherwise agreed.
  • Notice Requirement:
    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ccshopcc28@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are granted only if the delivered services materially fail to meet the agreed-upon project scope, specifications, or quality standards as defined in the signed agreement.
  • Exclusions:
    Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences or changes in project direction.
    • Minor revisions or edits requested post-delivery, which are covered under our revision policy.
    • Services already rendered, including content that has been delivered and approved.
    • Third-party costs incurred (e.g., paid advertisements, software licenses).
  • Request Procedure:
    Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the final deliverables. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • Assessment Process:
    Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the project files, communications, and deliverables to verify the claim. We may request additional information from the client to facilitate this process. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

3. Revision Policy

  • Our standard service includes up to two rounds of complimentary revisions to refine and adjust deliverables according to your feedback.
  • Additional revision rounds beyond this scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Custom Packages and Retainers:
    Refund and cancellation terms may differ for custom service packages, monthly retainers, or ongoing contracts. Such terms will be clearly stated in individual service agreements.
  • Force Majeure:
    Tongxin CC SHOP is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
